CRM and automation

CRM implementation for companies where leads come in from everywhere and follow-up lives in whoever's memory. One place to see them, work them and know what step each one is on.

What does a CRM do for your business?

More than one job. First, that no lead gets lost: today messages reach you through WhatsApp, through Facebook, through the site and by phone, and each one lives in the head of whoever answered. The CRM puts them together in one place, with their full history. Second, following up without leaning on memory: the reminders and the emails go out on their own, and that "I'll call you later" stops staying at later. And third, seeing the whole funnel: how many asked, how many you quoted, how many closed and where the rest are dropping off.

One thing: the CRM organizes and makes the most of the leads you already get; it does not create them. If what you are missing is more people asking, we start with Google Ads or SEO. And if this channel is not what you are missing, we tell you in the assessment.

How we implement your CRM

01
Mapping the process
Before touching the system, we get how you sell for real: where the leads come in, who answers, what happens after the quote and where they go cold. We build the CRM on that map, not the other way around.
02
Implementation and connections
We set up Zoho CRM with your funnel and your stages, and we connect the channels people write to you through: the site form, WhatsApp, social and paid ads. Every message lands in the same place, with a name and a source.
03
Automation and training
We build the follow-ups that go out on their own and we sit your team down to use them with real leads. Training is not a video nobody watches: it is working together until the system gets in their way less than the notebook does.
04
We stay with you
We walk the first stretch with you: we look at what your team is using, what they are skipping, and we adjust stages, reminders and dashboards with whatever the operation says. The good CRM is the one your team opens without you asking.
03

What you should know before you implement a CRM

01
It organizes, it does not generate
The CRM puts follow-up in order for the leads you already get; it does not make more of them arrive. If your problem is volume, the conversation starts with Google Ads or with SEO, and the CRM comes in when there is somebody to follow up with.
02
It works if you use it
A CRM the team never opens is an expensive contact list. That is why training is not optional in our implementation: the project does not end when the system is set up, it ends when your team carries it in the day to day.
03
Simple first
We do not start with the perfect system on day one: we start with the essential funnel, the one your team can adopt this week, and we add automations as the operation asks for them. A simple CRM your team uses beats a complete one your team abandons.
How we start

Your first weeks with us

Implementing a CRM sounds like an endless project, and it does not have to be. We start with the essentials working and your team using them, and from there the system grows with your operation.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to implement a CRM?

It depends on your process: connecting one intake channel does not cost the same as connecting five, nor does a simple funnel compared with one where several teams sell. That is why we quote CRM implementation for companies after we see your operation, not with a catalog rate.

On the first call, at no cost, we tell you what size of project your case needs and whether you are in our range.

Why do you work with Zoho CRM?

Because it covers what a company like yours needs without forcing you to pay for a corporate system: funnel, automations, connection with WhatsApp and with your paid ads, and clear dashboards. And because we know it inside out: we would rather master one tool than improvise in five.

What happens to the contacts I already have in Excel or on my phone?

We migrate them. Part of the implementation is rescuing what you already have: lists in Excel, WhatsApp chats, business cards and notebooks. They go into the CRM with their history, and from there on everything new records itself.

Is the CRM going to bring me more customers?

Straight: no. The CRM makes you lose fewer of the people already looking for you, which is another way of selling more, but it does not generate leads by itself. If you need more people looking for you, we work that with Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO, and the CRM makes sure that effort does not go to waste.

What if my team does not adopt it?

It is the real risk with any CRM, and that is why we take it head-on: we start with a simple funnel, we train with real leads and we walk the first stretch with you until the system is the short path, not the extra paperwork. If in the assessment we see that your operation does not need it yet, we tell you before you spend.
