Social media management

Social media management for companies that already sell: your business looks alive, your community gets an answer, and your content clears up the lead's questions before they write to you.

What does your social media do for your business?

More than one job. The first one is making your business look alive: a profile with no movement raises as much doubt as a shop with the shutter down, even if everyone inside is working flat out. The second one is holding the conversation with the people who already follow you and already bought from you; repeat business and referrals live there. And the third one is feeding the sale: the content answers the questions the lead brings before they write to you, and the conversation starts halfway down the road.

One thing: if social media is not what your business is missing today, we tell you in the assessment. We would rather point you to the right channel than charge you for the wrong one.

How we run your social media

01
Assessment of your profiles
Before we post anything, we get your business: what you sell, to whom, what your customers ask you and what is happening on your profiles today. That is where the voice we will use to speak for you comes from.
02
Strategy and calendar
We define what to tell each month and on which network: the topics that answer real questions from your leads, the ones that show your work, and the ones that keep the conversation with your community alive. Posting for the sake of posting is not a strategy.
03
Production and approval
We design and write every post, and we show you the month's lineup before it goes out. You approve; nothing goes out without your sign-off. Once you approve the lineup, we schedule it all.
04
Conversation and reporting
We answer comments and messages in your voice, and anything that smells like a sale goes straight to you. Every month we hand you a report on what worked, what did not, and what we are going to adjust in the next calendar.

What you should know before you hire social media

01
Presence, not new reach
Organic builds presence and trust with the people who already found you; it is not the tool for reaching new people at scale. If your priority is reach, the honest answer is paid ads, and that is Meta Ads, on its own or working alongside organic.
02
Consistency over going viral
A video that blows up is welcome, but we do not promise it and we do not chase it. What holds a profile up is posting well and posting often, with a line your customer recognizes. We will give you the likes if you ask for them, but they are not the conversation.
03
It comes out better with you in it
The best content is born in the business: your team working, your process, your customers' questions. We produce it and put it in order, but when the business takes part, it shows. That is why the plan includes content sessions when they are needed.
How we start

Your first month with us

Handing over the voice of your social media feels like lending out the keys to the counter. That is why the start is built so you never sign blind: first we get your business, then you approve the lineup, and only then does the first post go out.

Frequently asked questions

How much does social media management cost?

We run social media management for companies on a monthly retainer, built around the networks we cover, the volume of posts and whether the plan needs content sessions. There is no catalog price because no two businesses carry the same load.

On the first call, at no cost, we tell you whether you are in our range and what size of plan your case needs.

Which networks should my business be on?

The ones your customer is on, which is almost never all of them. A business that sells to other companies and one that sells to the public do not live on the same networks, and opening profiles you will not be able to keep up plays against you: better a few networks looked after well.

In the assessment we tell you which ones to fight for and which ones to leave alone.

Do you answer the comments and messages?

Yes, that is what community management is: we answer in your voice, with criteria we agree with you from the start. And when a message is a sales opportunity, we do not answer it just to answer: we pass it to you right away so whoever sells can close it.

Do I need paid ads on top of organic content?

It depends on your goal. Organic holds up your presence and your conversation; paid ads take your message to people who do not know you yet. If you need new leads out of social media, the honest answer is to combine this service with Meta Ads, and we are going to tell you that plainly from the assessment on.

Do I have to appear in the content?

It is not required, and there are full plans that work without you showing up. But when the owner or the team appear, the content connects differently: people buy from people. If you are up for it, we run the content sessions so it is as painless as possible.

You post and post and nothing happens?

Sometimes the content is fine and what fails is something else: the network you picked, the angle, or the fact that this channel is not the one that will bring you sales. In the assessment we go through your profiles with you and you leave knowing what to adjust, with us or on your own.
