Online store

An online store for your business, built with WooCommerce: it takes orders even when the shop is closed and puts catalog, prices, shipping and payments in one place. And it is yours, not rented.

What does an online store do for your business?

More than one job. It sells while the shop is closed: the customer picks, pays and gets their confirmation without you answering every order by hand. It puts things in order: the catalog, the prices, the shipping and the payments live in one place, instead of scattered between the chat and the notebook. And it lets you grow without hiring more hands: the store repeats the process you do today one by one over WhatsApp, as many times as it takes, at any hour.

One thing: not every business needs a store as its next step. If this channel is not what you are missing, we tell you in the assessment and we point you to the one that is.

How we build your store

01
Catalog and structure
We spend the first week on what you are going to sell: which products go in, how they group, what photos and data already exist and which ones are missing. The structure of the store comes out of that, before we build anything.
02
Building it in WooCommerce
Between the second and the fourth week we put the store up: product pages, cart, mobile version and the automatic emails that confirm every order without you stepping in.
03
Payments, shipping and invoicing
We connect Mexican payment gateways, set up shipping around how your business delivers and, when it applies, leave invoicing connected. You decide this part with us, not with software alone.
04
Test orders and handover
Before opening we place real test orders: we pay, we get the email, we cancel, we invoice. When the whole loop works, we train you to run the store and we open it.
03

What you should know before you open your store

01
No traffic, no sales
A published store is not a visited store. To sell it needs people coming in, and we work that with Google Ads for whoever is already searching for your products, or with Meta Ads to put them in front of whoever does not know you yet. In the assessment we tell you which channel your case calls for.
02
You decide shipping and payments with us
Which carrier to use, what to charge for shipping, which payment methods to accept: those decisions belong to the business, not to the software. We set the store up to run them on its own, but we make them with you, looking at how your day to day works.
03
The catalog comes out of your business
Your business has the photos, the descriptions and the prices, not us. We help you organize them and we load them, but in the first week we are going to need time from you or your team to gather that material. It is the part of the project nobody can do for you.
How we start

Your first month with us

Opening an online store for your business can feel like a project with no end date. That is why the start has a calendar: you know what happens each week, and the store does not open until the whole buying loop works with real test orders.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an online store cost?

It depends on the size of the catalog and on what has to be connected: a store with few products and local delivery does not take the same work as one with invoicing and several carriers. That is why we do not publish a price list that would fit half the cases badly.

On the first call, at no cost, we tell you whether we are in your range and what size of project your case needs.

Why do you build with WooCommerce?

Because the store stays on your site and in your name: the products, the customers and the orders live with you, with no forced rent to a platform just to keep selling. And because it gets along with the rest of the work in the house: measurement, campaigns pointing at your products and SEO when the time comes.

Does the store replace my WhatsApp sales?

No: it puts them in order. The customer who wants to talk before buying will keep writing to you, and that is fine. But the one who already knows what they want can order and pay on their own, at any hour, and you stop entering every order by hand. WhatsApp is left for what does need a conversation.

How is my store going to take payment?

With Mexican payment gateways: card, transfer and the methods your customer already uses. We pick the combination with you based on how your customer buys, and we leave it tested with real orders before opening, so the first real charge is not the experiment.

Can I run the store myself or do I depend on you?

You run it. Before opening we train you: upload a product, change a price, check an order and see what is selling. If you would rather we run it, we can agree on that, but it is not a requirement to work together.

Already have a store and it does not move?

It happens a lot, and it is almost never one single cause: sometimes it is traffic, sometimes the payment process, sometimes the catalog. In the assessment we go through it with you and you leave knowing what to attack first, whether you hire us or not.
